I can't tell if the glass has algea all over it to or if it's clean and the algea makes the glass appear dirty. Weird

My very first thought is bacterial
It has no color so that will indicate no Photosynthesis

Try scraping the glass clean and then taking a picture so we can see a clearer shot to ID it better.

There is algae and what I would say fungus

I see some gha in there. But the algae in question seems to be fungal.
