Hi guys my tank has got algea overnight I was thinking of getting some cleaner shrimps will this help the problem plus my weekly water change?

It's like this on my gravel too. I just noticed it while sat on my sofa but didn't notice when I fed him like 3 hours ago

Cleaner shrimp will not eat the algae. Snails are a better bet. Trochus and Cerith snails are my favorite.

+1 for the snails. Cleaner shrimp are still pretty cool in a tank. Mine tries to clean my arm off whenever Im cleaning the tank.

1 snail could clean all that? Yeah I really want cleaner shrimp also getting a goby

Cleaner shrimp are definitely cool. If you can get snails locally, start slow. Maybe just 1 Trochus and 1 Cerith.
