what is this white stringy stuff, is it bad, etc. help a brother out. It kinda creeps along my rocks

Look like some sort of Sponge..filter feeder, should not be bad unless if they start growing too much... you can take it out.
 
Also thu picture not very clear but look like you have cyano..the red algae in the 2nd pic

Pretty sure that’s a bowerbanki
 
It is a sponge. This type I would remove though, fast growing and it will smother corals with its stringy growth.

It’s impossible to remove. It’s growing in a 250....I do not know what has spurred it to grow. I can remove around my corals. Thanks!

Wow, I didn't even notice. When I looked back I also see bubble algae and aiptasia in the same picture.....the pest trifecta.
 
Yeah a lot of learnings from this tank. At least the Aiptasia is getting mowed down by AEN’s so I will be much happier once they are gone. The bubble algae is the worst.
