Alien slug?

I’ve spotted this porcupine-polyp-d abomination several times eating algae on ‘it’s’ rock-in the evening most often.

Is it peaceful? It seems to remain on one rock- the dirtiest rock in the tank- leading me to think it somehow threatens other snails? Tho recently a trocha was eating algae on said rock.

Any input is much appreciated!
