Alk cal and mag.

So my cal is high while my alk is little lower than I want I tried to increase alk dosing a lnd lower my cal dosing to raise my alk and lower my cal but instead my cal went up it is over 500 and wanted around 450 while alk trying to be around 9.5.also cant increase my mag no matter how much i does. Any ideas why this would happen I can't figure it out. Here is a picture of my apex with trident readings

The numbers all seem fine to me. If you want magnesium higher, it takes huge dosing, but just getting the salinity to 35 ppt will boost it a lot.

Ok so I have been leaving it alone and I dropped the calcium dosing and left the alk the same but the calcium is still raising again

I just put to stop dosing cal all together but I'm scared that doing this isn't gonna help the situation idk where the calcium can be coming from. I don't dose anything else just using brs pharama

I would not do anything other than not dose any unless the calcium rises above 550 ppm.

Did you try measuring it in your water change water?

Sorry for late response. Yea it is 8.5ish alk and 446 cal but since I had only 2 fish in the 180 gallon tank I wasn't doing much waterchanges which I am now doing more of
