Alk consumption through the roof. No where near my calcium consumption. Can’t seem to get my alk where I want it and keep it there. Dosing esv 2 part

What you want to know lol 75 gallon display about 100 total volume currently dosing like 306mL of alk and 24 mL of calcium daily. Do bi weekly water changes with matched alk at about 10%.

How do you test alkalinity. Have you verified with 2nd method.

Yes sir test often and had others test.

Dkh 6.7-7

Ph stays around 8-8.2
Salinity 1.025

Check to be sure the Alk component has not come out of solution (happens when it gets too cold). It will look like a chunk of ice in your jug. When this happens it makes the Alk solution much weaker than normal and takes a lot more to increase level in tank. If this is the problem, you can soak the jug in a sink/tub full of hot water to help it go back to a liquid.
