Need a doser for Alk since my tank is dropping about 1dkh per day. Looking for a small reliable and well priced stand alone model. I am super limited on space I don’t have much room for anything. I don’t plan on dosing anything else just Alk. What does everyone suggest????
Thanks in advance

Please be mindful that you can't just dose alk. Alk and calcium are used up together (though not necessarily at a 1:1 ratio), so you should be planning for dosing both alk and calcium, unless you buy a supplement that adds both (I believe Tropic Marin has an all-in-one, but it's very expensive).

That being said, for a single doser, if you're looking to save money, the BRS 1.1mL dosers on lamp timers (or a controller if you have one) work well. More advanced than that are the GHL dosers, litermeter as a standalone, or the DoS if you have an Apex. Any of the single simple dosers that you buy from BRS are likely effective for that use. Just don't use an aqualift since it is not designed for that type of use, and will likely clog over time. You need a peristaltic pump.

Roger that thanks. I dose 2 part and my cal slowly creeps down I can manual dose that. It’s my Alk that is getting hammered going from 8.8 to 7.8 in 24 hours. My growth rate of my corals is almost measurable by the naked eye it seems. It’s getting old having to dose 13 ml if the Alk 2 part every morning. If I let it my cal drops 50ppm per week that’s easy to deal with. Thanks I will look into that doser you recommended

jebao DP4 is a bit of a pain to program, but once you get it down it's not bad... I personally think it doses better than my coral box wifi doser (better as in doesn't bleed in air) I'm not a fan of the doser lines that come with the coral box doser
