Alk Doser ?

I hooked up my doser to auto dose 2 part 2 weeks ago and went to wc today and the end of it was clogged completely up with a white hard chunk of something. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

Here’s what I’d try to prevent the precipitation:

• Make sure the end of the tubes are above the high water line even when the return pump is off
• Make sure the end of the tube is not being splashed or in an area with salt creep
• Make sure the 2 part tubes don’t touch
• If all that fails, try to dilute the 2 part solutions with RODI
