Alk drop

I had a drop of Alk from 8.5 to 7.85 in three days. Is that to quick? Trying to stable it around 7.5.

Mine drops from 9dKH to about 7.7dKH about every 2 days, so no it looks like normal consumption. I'm trying to test daily for the next few days to track my Alk loss also and yesterday I was at 9.0dKH and today I was at 8.4dKH.

Not sure what you mean by too quick. Some tanks might drop 4 dKH in a single day without dosing.

I don't think that drop is going to hurt any corals. Stabilizing around 7.5 dKH sounds like a fine plan.
