Alk line blocking reefdose 4

Recurring issue with my alk line clogging with precipitate on reefdose.
I can adjust ato to run over top of lines with a bit of fiddling but can I just submerge lines under water level or is back-siphon an issue on these pumps?
Any tips most welcome!

Wouldnt submerge the lines but running the ato over the dosing bracket is a good idea, or just keep an eye on it and clean when needed. Happens with most additives

I agree that submerging is a poor plan due to precipitation of calcium carbonate.
