I have problems with my alkalinity. I always read between 3 and 4 with my salfrite test. I've been adding alk booster for the last 2 weeks and still not going up. What could be my problem?

Most likely human testing error. Take it to a LFS and have them test for you. Don’t add things like Alk booster till you verify your results. I don’t recommend alk booster at all anyways.

Also take the test kit with you while you are having them do a comparison test.

If you are reading between 3 and 4 in meq/L. You are in range between 8 and 12 dkh.
I would not add alkalinity to this current situation. How stocked is your tank and have you done a consumption log to figure out your daily demand? You may want to check your calcium, and magnesium. Even your salinity so you can form a baseline from which to work from.

+1 above
Let me add that changing salt mix to a higher alk one will raise all the proper levels without causing an imbalance.
