Still trying to figure out how but alk jumped from 9.0 ish to 10.2 ish found this out when I looked down at my stylophora I saw burnt tips I did a quick water change got it under 10. To 9.8 So now what to do? Continue water changes? I shut off the dosing pump which may be the problem but it has been pretty consistent Or is there something else I should do never had this happen before and it seems to only be the stylo that is effected any help would be appreciated i don’t want to lose this coral it’s beautiful. Thanks

A 1.2 DKH rise is a little high, but I have seen worse. You don't want to drop the Alk as quickly as it has risen as this will stress the corals more. I would just keep testing the Alk and adjust from there. You are down to 9.8, maybe do another water change in a couple of days and test again.
