Dosing pumps, calcium reactor are probably the easiest. Dosing pumps are probably cheaper and a better option for your sized tank
 
That depends highly on your tank demands, the above options are workable but definitely involve more cost... if soft corals primarily then water changes alone may suffice if done regularly. I would probably use kalk and an ATO or a single dosing pump to handle alk and Ca with one pump if you keep many stony corals.
 
As stated, entirely dependent on what you are keeping. Anything but stony coral will get by with water changes...especially with that sized tank. Even more demanding SPS/LPS might be ok with regular, frequent water changes. A doser to dose 2part will require less water changes and be more stable though.
