How bad is a 7.5 to 8.6 swing in two hours on higher end mushrooms? Everything is stable now at 7.5

That’s what I told them but this lady went off on me like how dare I tell her that and it’s completely different when you’re talking about higher end mushrooms. Anyways. Thanks [emoji1]
