Is there a way to make a alk solution to test the accuracy of my Hannah checker without a fancy scale?

1.135g of baking soda in 1 gallon of distilled water = 10dkh

You can take it to a pharmacist they will weight ir out.

Yes but im not sure what it is or how precise were your measurements. And its probably way too high to check with the checker.

Fwiw Hanna has a reagebt checker website. Lots of batches have been bad. I cant find it though.

Thanks Cory. I'm trying to figure it out now. My Hannah is reading really low and I'm thinking it's the recall but just wanted to make sure asap. I don't have another kit on hand to cross reference.

No problem, most of them read 1dkh low fwiw.
