Trident calibration solution reads 8.45 dkH. I have 2 Hannah checkers that are pretty close. Are both my Hanna checkers way off or ??

That wasn’t suppose to get posted yet, my phone went berserk and posted early Thread title was suppose to be ALK testing - Hannah vs trident calibration solution. I tested the calibration solution with my hanna checkers.

What are your Hanna checkers close to? Each other, or the trident calibration solution?

Did you test the calibration solution with the hanna's? Can you do that? What does fresh mixed saltwater read compared to what the manufacturer claims on the salt batch?

Sorry I didn’t explain. In the picture I posted shows the results of testing the calibration solution with my 2 Hanna checkers. Trident solution reads 8.45 on the label. My 2 Hanna checker results are 9.2 and 9.4.
