say I have high alk 14.8 I have tested it 4 or 5 times I am also running trident . I have done large water changes
and with in a few days it goes back up . I have 30 clown fish 180 gal tank cal is 461 and mag 1389. also 10 anemones any ideas. thx.

that is really odd, I do not know how your alk could be that high if you are using any of the salt mixes that are commonly sold. My guess would be either you have a bad batch of salt or your test kit is off (maybe expired).

What salt brand are you using and are you dosing anything?
