There a lot of thing that can slow growth in a newer tank.
Can you post your No and Po? Are you running gfo or chem filtration?
What kind of flow do you have.
What intensity of light do you have.
What are you feeding?

What salt mix are you using?

I don't think your cal and alk are that far off.

Check this out.

And fwiw. I don't recall a lot of growth in a lot of corals in just three weeks.

I understand that it won't grow much in 3 weeks but I've had one frag of zoanthids for about 1 1/2 months and it hasn't grown much at all and I thought zoanthids where supposed to grow pretty quick. My phosphate is 0 and my nitrate are 0. I'm using saltwater from my local fish store and I'm not using gfo.

Yea zoas like more nutrients. Weird it's so low. Must have good bacteria. Do you have nucance algae? That'll strip the water.

Also try spotfeeding them. The juice you get from mysis and or froz rotifers.

Also what intensity is the light at. Old version or new. I know that light.

It's the current USA orbit LED at 50% I dropped it to 40% because of hair algae and red slime algae

Those levels are fine.

Do you use tap water?

The hair alge and cyano are likely eating up the nutrients out of the tank.
How old is it

You might Double check with a tds meter the Rodi Your buying.

Not sure of your rock wok but I'm a pretty big believer in scrubbing rocks.
