My tank has been rock stable for the last 3 months. Every thing is happy and growing, LPS and SPS.
Over the last week, however, my alkalinity has been inexplicably going up. It has been 7.9-8.0 for 3 months and has spiked to 8.4 over the last week, despite turning down my Ca reactor. I only use a calcium reactor for maintaining Ca and Alk.
The only thing that I have changed is titrating up my DIY NOPOX dose.
Can the NOPOX bump up alk, or should I be looking for something else?
