Alkalinity buffer crystallising

I just added 10 ml of the Red Sea kh coralline gro buffer to my aqaurium and it crystallised instantly and I haven’t dosed anything for a whole week. Do you guys know what’s happening

I shook it well before dosing

You need to add it to a high flow area in the tank. Your sump typically dosent have a lot of flow. Add it in front of a power head and dose it slowly in small amounts in front of the power head. Just dont dump it in all at once.

I usually add it to the sump with no problem but I think I added it to fast this time
