Alkalinity low

Hi everyone

Just done a water change with nsw and my alkalinity is at 7-7.5 may calcium is at around 500

I have a lot of lps/soft corals

All my corals look healthy

My question is should I dose some alk or not

I like to keep my alk around 8.5. I would recommend increasing it. But if there’s no harm being done you should be fine for now.

If your corals look happy you should be good. You don’t wanna chase numbers but a water change can easily bump that
