Alkalinity problems

I'm trying to find the best way to lower my alkalinity it's at 11.4dkh I've just started using tropic marin pro and with the low dkh that it mixes up I would think when doing water changes it would lower my dkh but it hasnt. I do have sps corals so I'm just trying to find the best way to lower it without killing any coral thanks

Air stone and mix your water change water about 4-7 days before you use it your alk will be down to 7-8

What is the alk on your freshly mixed water, how big a tank and how much are you changing? Are you dosing anything at all?

There's 2 ways to drop alkalinity. Wait for the corals to consume it or water changes.

curious have you tested the alk of the newly mixed TM Pro? How many water changes have you done and what size tank?

Ya it's been around 8 when making new and I have a 32 gallon cube I've done probably 4 water changes been about 10%
