Alkalinity seems off with newly mixed IO Reef Crystals?

Just filled a new tank and my Dkh seems a bit off. Tested salinity with 3 separate freshly calibrated devices and came up with 34.5ppt. I checked the Dkh with both an API tube test and a Hanna checker. I'm showing a Dkh of 9.4. Is this common, as everything I've read suggested that IO RC should mix around 11-13 at 35ppt. Now I'm wondering if something is wrong with my salt.

What did you use to measure salinity and how were they calibrated ?

Mine is usually around 10dkh everytime. I let it circulate overnight.

Mine with reef crystals come in around 9.8.

That’s not too far off of what I’m seeing. I think if I was at 35ppt it would probably match that.

2 different refractometers using brs and fritz solution, Hanna uses its own.

Ok, then I’ll chalk it up to being 0.5ppt off plus margin of error on the Hanna test. I was just worried from seeing all the 13dkh reports for RC.
