Howdy,

I am wondering if this happens to anyone else or is it just my corals dying a little from battle with Dino's. When my soda ash reservoir dwindled down and almost ran out my alkalinity shot up almost 2 points, obviously.. hopefully over two days. I am slowly bringing it back down by reducing the dosing amount and I Just mixed a new batch of soda ash up.

If this doesn't happen to anyone else I can confirm coralline algae and some corals died due to my battle with Dino's.

A sudden change in Alk can stress out corals. It might not show right away but something to think about when corals dont look good a week or 2 later.
