I accidentally added a few ml of Red Sea Calcium supplement into Red Sea Alkalinity dosing container. It immediately turned into a gell type substance and a bit later precipitated at the bottom. Would this have altered Alkalinity supplement and is it OK to keep using it?

You just weakened it a wee bit. Otherwise, it will be fine to use. You might want to decant the clear liquid off and just use that, to avoid the possibility that the precipitated CaCO3 might clog your dosing lines.
