Hi, all my tank is a 60 gallon 36x20x20.
I recently switched my salt from Red Sea Pro to Aqua Forest Reef Salt and since then I've had Alkalinity swing and my corals have not been happy. This past Saturday before I did my 10% water change I texted my tank water alkalinity with a sXact Idip texter and my dkh was at 7.45. I didn't test the newly mixed water before I did the water change and my dkh had dropped to 5.71.

Now I have to dose alkalinity with the Aqua Forest Reef Salt to keep it stable or should switch back to the Red Sea Pro that I had no problem with?

The result you show might be from normal consumption, but it was not from the water change. A 10% change with 0 dKH water would only drop it to 6.7 dKH.

Dosing is normal, so needing to do it is perfectly reasonable.
