I was wondering if there is a problem if my water changes raise my alkalinity up? I had it down to about a 10.1 with my hanna checker and two days after I did a water change it was up to about 10.5

10.1 to 10.5 dkh isn't a problem. Try to keep swings less than 1 dkh per day and you'll be fine. Check your newly mixed saltwater alk and see what reading you get and try to match it in your display tank to minimize alk swings with water changes.

Above all else, alk is the most important parameter to keep stable, but like was said, that much of a swing is a non-issue.
