Alkatronic $400

Is anyone interested in my alkatronic? $400. Going to try the mindstream which is vastly more expensive (1k plus $500/year disks) but I do love trying new things out....

New alkatronic are $900 and I will toss in quite a bit of the concentrated reagent that I have left ($110 for full bottle) plus pH calibration bottles. I also have replacement tubing for the pumps. Everything is working great. According to the Facebook page they are pushing out a sweet new update soon too, check it out.

Ideally local because shipping would be a pain and expensive.

This is a steal for an Alkatronic! Wish you had posted this before I bought mine used a couple of months ago.

Highly recommend, the Alkatronic is rock solid!

That's not a bad idea but I don't know what they charge for packaging and shipping. I worry it would be like $60 and then the person doesn't want to pay anymore and im stuck with the bill.

Just to update, don't go to UPS store for packaging and shipping! I had them package the alkatronic in its original box and another box for the reagent and pH buffers. They took my card before I knew the total. Over $170!!!

Oh well it should get there in good shape and I hope gets years of service. As for alkatronic support, I FB messaged them to see if needed to remove the unit from my email, the messaged me back that day and said they would take care of it so the new owner could register it as new! Top notch.

That’s nice that you messaged focustronic to remove you as the registered owner. Otherwise, the new owner would have some issues in setting up the cloud portal. Happened to me when I bought mine but figured it out quickly. Focustronic was awesome in their FB support and got it fixed quickly.

Seriously, for 570.00 it would still be a steel with reagent. look up the costs folks, the reagent isnt cheap, and it uses alot of it. I paid 900.00 plus the reagent ordered at the time was over 1100.00 bucks new. this should easy be a no brainer. the Alkatronic with the apex module is fantastic.
