Alkatronic with ati 2 part

The Alkatronic is more just a tester with 1 alk dose head you can set in case of main dosing method failure.
It not designed to maintain Kh unless your normal way of adding fails.
If your asking if you can use the ati alk part as the backup alk part then yes, you can use most any alk additive.

So i just need to dose my 2 part as normal
And have a kh buffer on the alkatronic just in case or for fine tuning?
Yes you just dose as per normal but you can set a low level (lets say 7.0 for example)......If you normal way fails for some reason once the alkatronic gets a reading below 7.0 it will start adding alk + also testing every 2hours.
(action mode needs to be enabled for this to happen)
If you want something to follow the Alkatronic more then maybe look at the Dosetronic which is their doser that will adjust itself according to alkatronic values.

Is i think my best buy i have done for my tank.
Can be a bit frustrating to set up or it was back a few years ago but once running i don't think i would like to be without it.
Seaflower has all parts etc

So u use 2 part with kamoerYes, using a DD/Kamoer P4/F4 Pro doser.
Just set it up manually for each hour of the day & tweaked it like that.
Ok and how u dose the alk, trough the alkatronic with a different alk suplement?
All the alkatronic does is test/monitor + if there's a dosing failure for alk it will emergency dose at what level you set it at.
Option is also there for turning the doser off if it reaches a too high zone.
