All cell phone gel filters the same?

Is there a "best" gel filter for cell phones to take pictures/video with blue lights? There seems to be so many brands and most look the same.

Tried set from Walmart And also Amazon. The pics seemed pink on both. Got the coral lab and the nice blues came out
