All fish die all the time

How are my fellow reefers dou g havent posted in a while have a friend with a sixty gl. All hes paramaters are good all he has are red mushrooms and their growing wild but all hes fish die within weeks hes tried all kind damsels , clowns, foxface, blenies ,gobies ,tangs crabs and everyrhing dies not the same day but eventually theyll die any idea why suggestion advice

Maybe he has Velvet or Ich in the tank? Or maybe his parameters aren't "good" after all

What are his "good" parameters? Perhaps it is a parasite?

How do the fish die? Are they covered with spots, reddened fins, skinny? Are they healthy going in and eating well up until death?

Never had any velvet or ich they just die after a while i think is the store he always buys the fish at the same store

Agree told him to start buying at my store and try out what happens i have six year old fish from my lfs

Are all the fish being bought from the same source? Is there a acclimation or QT process?
