It's decent. The filter return is set high. The circulation pump does the rest of the flow. Temp is 78. No pumps turn off this morning.I agree - add oxygen. How is surface agitation? Did you remember to turn all pumps on if turned off?
Temp?
Im not keen on API test kits but glad to see color returning. As indicated - something with water. Added oxygen helps alot.Ammonia and nitrite are 0
Using aquaforest kit and a couple api (calcium and ph)
It's possible. It's a store display tank. I don't see any chemical residue. I've been close to it all morning. Have seen anyone put hands in the tank or anything. Thus happened all the sudden.Any way for some chemical/toxin to get into the tank?
16 gallon sps/LPS tank.
Oh yes I know. I rotate tangs in out every 6 months or so. The tank was recapped Feb 28th. It's been. Up 2 yearsIm not keen on API test kits but glad to see color returning. As indicated - something with water. Added oxygen helps alot.
Am I to understand these both are in a 16 gallon tank with coral ? This may pose an issue long term. They'' need at least a 40 gallon breeder minimum for now
Nothing new. I did increase the the polylabs ONE dose from 2.5 ml to 3 ml today. No meds. Filter was cleaned last week. It's on a 6 week cleaning schedule.tell me that’s a typo
any medication/dips/treatments/filtration methods added lately?
6.Sorry to ask the obvious question here, but how many fish are in that 16-gallon?
Air stone does wonders - surface agitation, oxygen exchange and water movementOxygen seems to be the issue. I'll add more surface agitation on a permanent basis. Fish hopped up and acting normal. Thanks for all the help.
