All for reef cloudy after mixing

Sup guys I just made up some all for reef…. I follow the instructions, and after mixing for about 20 minutes, the solution to it looks cloudy on or milky. Is this normal safe to use? Here’s a picture

It takes a LONG time to get that stuff mixed up. Even then it is a bit cloudy.

I usually mix it in a 1 gallon pitcher and put a small pump in there to mix it

With a magnetic stirrer at full speed it usually mixes 1 liter in about 6-8 minutes. It will get fairly clear but never crystal clear.

Mine leaves a brown slime at the bottom after a couple days but AFR says it’s ok.
