All for Reef dosing schedule

I have just got my dosing pump (D&D P1) and am dosing all for reef. At what times of day (max 12 times) should I dose? During lights on? Once every 2 hours?

I dose mine throughout the day during lights on. My reasoning is that alkalinity and calcium are taken up throughout the day, so I try to counter that by adding it throughout the day.
