All for reef powder question

Any one have this in the bottom of the mixing container after mixing all for reef. After a couple weeks?

I dose in 1 liter bottles after mixing and i always have some pink bacterial growth. I use leftover seltzer bottles and throw them out each time. I always mix powder with super hot water and it mixes clear after a few hours of stirring. 1 gallon at a time.
