What would be the correct amount teaspoons or tablespoons to mix with 1 liter of RO water, I do not have the measuring spoon that should come included with the mix. Thanks

Check the whole container of AFR.
Mine was settled towards the bottom.

The included scoop measures 160grams total but not sure what that equates to for this specific product.
 
It needs 160 g/L. That's likely about 138 dry powder mL, or 9.2 tablespoons per liter.

Preparation of the solution from powder:

The 800 g can of All-For-Reef Powder makes 5 litres of dosing solution, the 1600 g can is enough for 10 litres of dosing solution.
 
As an aside I just used a scale but understand one may not be available. If you have one that is an option.
