Hmm, they can just like appear in the sump or is it a case of possibly coming on something I put in the tank?

Anything I need to worry about
Water parameters are all good. Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate are undetectable on my test. Sanity is 1.024. Calcium is 450, alk 10, mag is 1400
