All in One tank

Is it ok to use a 5 or 10 gallon all in one tank for a quarantine tank? I want to set it up next to a display tank but want it to look decent also.

An AIO should work fine as long as the tank is an appropriate size for what you are quarantining. Just do some reading on cross contamination. You don't want them right next to each other. My QT tank is in my bedroom at the other end of the house...
