Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Your tank is not cycled until Ammonia and Nitrite are both 0. Once both are zero, the tank still has much development left before the bacteria population is stable enough for most livestock.

Large water change, add prime to your tank, buy some Fritz Zyme turbo start, Dr. Tim’s or Bio Spira NOW! Or you are going to witness every one of your fish die.... water change immediately and prime to detoxify the ammonia.... then follow with bottled bacteria. How many fish? What size tank? And how large of tank?
