So I turned off my pumps to feed my inverts in my 14g and I may possibly kinda sorta forgot to turn them back on... for over 10 hours..
The tank is cloudy and there's a die off smell but from an inspection I can see everything is alive. The corals, the shrimp, the crabs the snails, the clams. All alive. But I'm worried because the heater was on and the light went on so it must have gotten hot and lacking in oxygen.
I plan on doing a 5 gallon water change today but is there anything else I can do?
My suspicion is that some of the bacteria and micro fauna died off, also I had a filter sock filled with carbon in a back chamber and it got exposed to air for that time so a bunch of bacteria must have died off in there too.
