I know, I know I make too many threads. But I like the discussions and the responses I get back from everybody.

So I was wondering what is one thing that you do with your saltwater aquarium every day?
Could be cleaning the glass, to feeding your fish, and even checking the levels of your water.

Let me know what you do on a daily basis to maintain saltwater aquarium..

I know my tanks are cooking good when I gotta scape coraline everyday as opposed to hair algae. Other than that I check the fill line, top off buckets and skimmer cups daily.
Probably should be a reef keepers form/template for daily/weekly monthly reef tank maint.
P.S ...I also think I make too many threads ;):p

Stare at each individual coral and look for my baby mandarin. He is hard to find with 60lbs of rock and especially since he is definitely under 1" long

Lots of staring, blasting in rock with baster. Clean glass

Also here stare. Stare more. Check if there´s anything going wrong. Check again. Think there´s something going wrong. Verify that´s not the case.

Feed fish, often feed corals.

Think and verify again if there´s anything that could go wrong...

Feed fish and inspect fish and coral at this time for anything unusual or gone wrong

Feed everyone, blast rocks and coral to get rid of algae and debris, check on everyone and look for new things. Just found a feather duster that I thought had died. It moved it's self to a section of the red pipe organ coral skeleton and uses one of those tubes as it's home now.

Check alk, feed, check how big the ball of chaeto has gotten (Im harvesting about a medicine ball sized chunk every week), and drain the skimmer cup.

i check to make sure all the fish are healthy and accounted for then feed the fish make sure the ato is on and functioning clean the glass later in the day check the corals to make sure they are all open and healthy feed the fish nori then feed them again later in evening before the lights turn off
