Many of
My corals mouths will
Open at the same
Time.

I noticed it for the first time about two weeks ago when I made a sudden light change went from dark to light or vice versa and I saw them all open up immediately.

Think it has something to do with lighting. It’s just weird that it’s more than one type of coral doing it at the same time.

Anyone else have experience with this?

They’re likely hungry. Feed them some reef roids or mysis shrimp
At night drop some red sea A&B

I’ve had this happen under various circumstances. Can’t point to anything specifically but many times it’s when something is in the tank and they poop it out.

I wouldn’t stress over it unless it persists.

Thanks, I have only noticed it several weeks ago for the first time. Seen it happen 2-3 times in total now. And generally lasts an hour or so... Hopefully all good.

All these same coral are stable and growing/feeding regularly.

Funny how so many do it in unison.
