I received my package yesterday.

I received the DOS I bought from this seller. The tube fittings were broke off the pump heads requiring 2 new pump heads to be bought and the power supply is missing. Seller has quit communicating and I have filed a credit card dispute. Extremely disappointed in this seller. Buyers beware

I just logged in to give you an update and I see this. USPS is paying on item damaged in shipment in the amount of $50. I had no idea the power supply wasn’t in there as I relied on someone else to do this for me. I am shipping the power supply out today. Sometimes people go through things and other people want to call them out and have no idea. I’ve been on here for years and have never had a problem, just happened to get very sick right in the middle of things followed up by dealing with my dog almost being killed and in the hospital for the last week and a half.
