Alternative method to cool your ATI T5?

im trying to find an alternative ways to run my 8x54watt ati t5 cooler. I only run them for 4.5 hours and the temperature on my t5 get up to 46(114 F) Celsius. The fixture is out in the open and not in a canopy.
I have an apex 2017 and thinking of runing multiple computer fan at the end to help with cooling.

ATI T5 are only meant to be cooled using the fans in the unit. T5 are designed to run at certain temps for best output and bulb life. If you cool them too much they will not work as well.
