Alternative pump for mini-reactor?

I bought the BRS Mini Reactor thinking the pump I had at home would work but the pipe size was a little off so I cant use it. Now i can't tell if a pump will 100% use the same pipe/fitting size.
Of course i could buy the Sicce Syncra 1.5 but it's like $70 which is more than the mini-reactor+pump combo. I just need some cheap chinese pump, any help?

That one sounds familiar i think BRS used to sell that with the reactor as a combo before the sicce.
I was hoping there was some chinese one like a sunsun since this is like a low priority part of my tank
