Alveopora coral dying

Hey reefers! I bought this Alveopora coral 2-3 weeks ago and now it’s slowing dying. I tried doing everything Ik like change it’s placement and flow but nothing is working. When it first game it was very healthy but now it’s closed and Harding up. Please help me out and tell me what should I do. The top pic is of it when I got it and the bottom one is of how it is today.

We need a complete break down of your system, including how long the tank has been set up, what lights are using, how long they are on, if they're LED what intensity settings you're using. The size of your tank in the total water volume.

Your all your water parameters. What you are dosing. Are you using r o d i water, do you dip your corals.

Need all of this information.

My water chemistry is good it’s just that one coral is dying and this morning one of my Duncan’s head came off and I don’t know why.

If a Duncan head came off that right there is an indication that the water chemistry is not good
