So I bought a nice Alveopora 3 months ago, did really awesome, and trust me I know all the known issues with Goni, Alveo, Bernadoporaa, etc.

Alveo did great for 3 months...

Well, my tank was running at about 81° Celsius, turned it down to 79°.

All fish and Coral still doing amazing.

The Alveopora, not so much. It's basically a skeleton right now, and this only happened after I turned the heater down 2°..

I've tried moving it, but I'm pretty sure it's a goner!

I got it at a great price, so not crying about it...but my goni did really well, till it got too much GHA on it, but I saved and revived it, doing good again now.

What caused the Alveopora to go to nothing almost overnight??

It was on the sandbed doing great for 3 months, I've been moving it around to see if it revives...

I assume you meant Fahrenheit. If not, we found your problem!
On a more serious note, I think you may have a nutrient/stability issue. I see a lot of green in that pic, as well as the fresh skeleton already turning green.
Please post all parameters, including age of tank, lights, flow. Also, a FTS would be helpful too.
