Always wear gloves..

Thank you for sharing never knew this bit of info. But personally I'll just keep using bare hands to be honest with you. A person has a greater risk catching something jumping into the lake or ocean then putting their hands in their tank. I'm swimming in a lake more then I have my hands in my tank. Also to reach into my 220g having short arms for my height I gotta get into the water up to my shoulder to reach the bottom and whatever I have left on my hands after washing them in dawn dish soap is not enough to do anything into 400g of total system water volume. These are my circumstances. Circumstances are different for everyone and may just be that not wearing gloves is not worth the inherent risk for me I'll play my cards and take the risk.

But again not knocking down your post by any means thank you for posting this! I learned something that I didn't know prior to reading the article.

Oh no, to each their own. Just thought I would share. Until I almost lost my leg and was in the hospital for 6 days with a 26,000$ medical bill after the flesh-eating part, I shared that sentiment.. :)
