I have a 150 xh and the cycle is just about done. I was thinking of adding two clowns and a clean up crew. Then every week or two adding 1-2 more fish. Is that too much too quickly?

I personally would not go that fast.
That doesn't leave the fish a lot of time to become friends and your Amonia may rise depending on your setup :-)

I would do one-two every other week, you can't go too slow but you can go too fast.

You should plan your stock list and add fish according to temperament. Order matters especially if you are getting a Tang. You should wait at least 2 weeks after the tank is "cycled" before adding anything. Then wait between each addition enough time for the tank to re-balance its bacteria load. Also it sounds like you are not quarantining the fish. This is a bad idea especially if you are buying from a local fish store. All it takes is one bout of ich to ruin your entire tank and kill everything.
