Hey guys I have been noticing that sometimes my corals underneath my gyres lack some pE. I believe it is due to the lower amount of flow they get. So would it be wise of me to use longer pulses like 10seconds at 100% intensity in order to allow the flow to rach the other side of the tank stronger?

How long is the tank and what Gyre do you have? I, personally, have my power lowered at night and constant, i.e. no pulsing. The constant low flow keeps the water moving throughout the tank but at a lower flow to give the fish some peace.

The take is a 180- gallon with 2 xf250 gyres one on each side.
Very long then, like 20-30 second alternating pulses at 30 to 50% is what I would try first. Monitor and adjust as needed.
